thanks Ojimi...  It seems that I am spending more and more time in this forum - it is becoming part of my day now.  And hey, I have a looong weekend to boot.  Take care!!!

Agreed! Diego, I really dig the stuff the begins around the 1:00 mark. Great stuff!! Solid solid solid.

Quote from: Diego Ayala on July 03, 2009, 07:15:06 AMThanks Greeny!  Man, I totaly botched a recording I did two days ago...  Learning how to use my br unit is a thing of trial and error.  Was trying to do some bouncing and ended up bouncing to the wrong tracks - totaly messed up my guitar tracks (which had come out very good!?).  Was doing a cover by Jack White and ended up dumping two tracks (vocals) right on top of my guitar tracks - ahhhhhhh.  Have a long weekend so will keep plugging at it!  I'm pretty much illiterate in the ways of recording...

I'm still nervous about bouncing. Whilst you're still getting to grips with it, I would export your first 4 tracks to mp3 so that you at least have that version to go back to if anything goes wrong! You can also export the whole song folder to your pc so that you can restore the actual, raw tracks to the BR if needed.

It'll all come together though. The main thing is that you have plenty of talent to record!

Hey, Greeny!  How do you export the entire song to a pc...  Was trying to do just that yesterday, but ended up only able to export one or two tracks @ a time...  I keep reading the manual, but have not come accross how to export an entire song - say 4 tracks @ a time --- without bouncing or mastering?

Ah... just realised you did this on the BR900. On a Micro it's quite easy, but don't know whether it's the same on your model. Sorry. Anyone out there who can help?!

If you want to export the entire song as a stereo mix, then you have to bounce first.

If you want to export the individual tracks of the song so that you can load them into Audacity or some other DAW, then use the BR Wave Converter.

Thanks 64!!!  my 1st attempt was to bounce and learned me a good lesson when I bounced to the wrong tracks ---  I think I have that one figured out => thanks to answers to my post on this forum, and have been moving individual tracks (as per Greeny) to my pc for safe-keeping and to do some tweaking by way of Audacity.

Thanks T and Tazzy!!!  I re-did this song and think is under the microBR => Oldrottenhead (Jim H.) wrote some lyrics for it and put the voice!  There's so much more i want to do with this song and all the others...  But trying to juggle too many things --- had a bit of time and thought to check out the forum ---- I have a lot of old postings to read/listen to...
