Not sure if I am doing this right...  Posted this song yesterday, but did not see under any of the posts...

Started a cd a few years back - have 10 songs that I recorded @ Painted Hearts Studio - ow/op by Paul Hosford.  Was not able to finsih it up, and planning on using the BR900 to complete the cd.

Anyway, I had sent it to Kody and he thought I should posted under "other recordings"...

Well, here goes take two!

You did it, Diego!!  I'm glad you figured it out!!  You were always a big influence in my playing...since my young days~ I tried to pick up as much as I could from you when we'd play together... This is great stuff and I can't wait to here what you do with it and the BR900!!  I'll be waiting!

Thanks for the comments!  It is truly a good thing how we all seem to influence each other with music!!!

My son Luis got me started with some different tuning options and all it took was try a simple drop D (both E's) on the 12th - and for a whole year I did nothing but that tuning on the 12th...  Got me to mess around with a lot of different progresions, especialy with the bass strings accentuated.

Till next time...

This is beautiful playing. I love the chord and strumming complexities you're getting out of that 12-string. There are little touches of eastern folk and bluegrass in there too. It's wonderful stuff. Really enjoyed it.

Thanks Greeny!  Man, I totaly botched a recording I did two days ago...  Learning how to use my br unit is a thing of trial and error.  Was trying to do some bouncing and ended up bouncing to the wrong tracks - totaly messed up my guitar tracks (which had come out very good!?).  Was doing a cover by Jack White and ended up dumping two tracks (vocals) right on top of my guitar tracks - ahhhhhhh.  Have a long weekend so will keep plugging at it!  I'm pretty much illiterate in the ways of recording...

I'm still nervous about bouncing. Whilst you're still getting to grips with it, I would export your first 4 tracks to mp3 so that you at least have that version to go back to if anything goes wrong! You can also export the whole song folder to your pc so that you can restore the actual, raw tracks to the BR if needed.

It'll all come together though. The main thing is that you have plenty of talent to record!

Hey, Greeny!  How do you export the entire song to a pc...  Was trying to do just that yesterday, but ended up only able to export one or two tracks @ a time...  I keep reading the manual, but have not come accross how to export an entire song - say 4 tracks @ a time --- without bouncing or mastering?

Wow! Really impressing, but beautiful at the same time!

lovely track!
If you loose track over a chord progression, play as fast as you possibly can. Nobody will know. Thats how they invented bebop.
