I am thinking of buying a Micro BR but wanted to know if I will be able to use the converting program with Windows 64bit (a problem I ran into with my zoom).  Anyone doing this?  Is there a Boss audio file available that I can test it with.  Thanks

64Guitars recently gave us this link for the original factory data, which has sample song data in it. Probably what you need to test:

According to this page, the Micro BR is compatible with Vista, except that Vista won't recognize when the USB cable is disconnected.

The complete factory data that comes on the Micro BR's included memory card is available here. The BR Wave Converter expects the data to be in the root directory of the Micro BR's memory card. So, to test the BR Wave Converter without a Micro BR, you'll need to unzip the factory data to the root directory of any drive. For example, you could use a USB flash drive or a memory card inserted into a USB card reader. Be sure that the USB flash drive or memory card is recognized by Windows before you start the BR Wave Converter as it will only recognize drives that were available to Windows when the program is first started.

I see Mark beat me to it. :)

I have 64bit Vista, and the wave converter works OK for me.

Thanks,

Works like a charm!  Thanks for the incredible fast response and info.  Looks like I will be getting one of these.
There used to be a another webpage dedicated to the Micro Br with a forum and people posting their songs.  Is it gone?  I thonght it was microrecording.com or something, but can't find it.  Thanks again

If you loose track over a chord progression, play as fast as you possibly can. Nobody will know. Thats how they invented bebop.

I took the plunge and got one of these off ebay today.  I am sure I will be back asking a lot of dumb questions.  I have been using Zoom PS-02 and PS-04 so hopefully I can catch on quick.  thx
