"We're All Alone" is a song written by Boz Scaggs, which became a hit for Frankie Valli in 1976. The next year it was a top-ten hit for Rita Coolidge in the US and the UK. Scaggs introduced it on his 1976 album Silk Degrees, and included it as the B-side of two of the four single releases from that LP, including "Lido Shuffle".

Dedicated to all the good citizens of Davao City, especially my friends and classmates of Batch 1978, from the Davao City High School!!!

Life is not about the number of Breathes you take, it is the amount of times your breathe is taken away

The album "Silk Degrees" could very well be Boz Skaggs greatest work, depending on ones views and the like.  It is his work that I am most familiar with as in HS I owned it (and the album owned me, as in, like all albums I had, I listened to incessantly).  This was a familiar song in my mind though I had not heard it in years.  Your singing is especially good and inspiring on this recording.  I will look forward to hear this again.

Hi Stephen,
Love your wonderful comments, Stephen!
Love the fact, that this song is part of your HS years, and would have a big part in your most memorable years, and hopefully, a lot of fond and fun memories.
Thank you so much for your openness, and your honest feedback.
You are very much appreciated.

I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

Not familiar with the song (which is rare for me for your posts!), but this is beautiful. Especially good singing on this (in a high register!).  Thanks for introducing me to this song.  To quote the Eagles song we both recently covered, I get a "peaceful easy feeling" from your performance on this.

Boz is soooooooo good!  You've managed to make this beautiful tune all you own.  Glad you got to put the video in.  I love to watch you play.
