I've recorded several guitar pieces......heavy metal type and it sound way too tinny...too much treble.  I need to somehow put in some bass or do something different. Is it possible to change the sound of the guitar once recorded?

Thanks

Sorry. I thought you were talking about changing effects and amp models, but now I see that you're only talking about changing the tone (EQ). Yes, you can change the EQ in a couple of ways. One way is with the Mastering effects (see MIXER on page 81). But this, of course, affects the entire mix. Another way is to bounce each problem track to another v-track while applying the 4-band EQ from the MIC patch bank. See pages 64, 65, 66, and 68.

Also bouncing the weak track with one of the FX added may help.
Actually, adding (mixing in) a bass track may do the trick. Often bass is taken out with EQ to avoid conflicting with the drums and bass and the reduced track comes alive and does not need the bass when played together with other trax.
