explorer error and crash trying to play songs?

Anyone else getting MP3 player errors and then IE crashes when trying to play songs?

I recently upgraded my virus software and that's the only thing I can think of that might be causing it.

IE - 7
Zonealarm Extreme

I've checked the program section of ZA and it's allowing adobe stuff to run (flash isn't it?)

Stop using explorer is my advice. Download a other safer and faster browser.

Like Firefox or Safari.
