On a sweltering evening, the day the UK saw its highest ever temperatures, I shut myself away in a room with closed windows (so the neighbours couldn't hear) to produce my version of Buzzcocks' 1977 release Orgasm Addict. Luckily it's only 2 minutes long, 2 guitars, one bass, drums and vocal. Time for a cold drink now !

I thought i might be the sleaziest of the songcrafters and then Pete comes to rescue! (Yes, i know it's a cover...).

When i was a wee whippersnapper i didn't even register the band name. It just WAS and didn't mean anything special. If i'd heard this song at that time it might have given a somekind of a clue. I might have wondered what are all those "Ah's" and potential "Ooh's". And if this addiction was as bad as a drug addiction?!?

I think i slighty lost the plot here, but my ears were totally in tune with the song. It's fun, it's wacky and done with the best possible taste.

Well done! I'm sure the people got the buzz!
