The return of the one day wonders! This one is giving me pains vocal wise. The lyrics and vocal melody are somewhat wonky and i'm having trouble making a mix where they sit in any shape, or form.

I can make the backing track sound good on its own

The track is partially based on a true story. I used to know this girl who lived across the street. She was a bit wild, and some might even call troubled. She was older than me and my older brother didn't particularly like her. For some reason i peeked thru her window one day and saw her Sigue Sigue Sputnik posters on the wall. Instead of getting mad at me, we started talking and struck a friendship (!).

I was hoping to put that line about Sigue Sigue Sputnik posters on the lyrics, but that would have been impossible to sing

Yep, definitely got that 80s vibe. Vocals sound fine to me. Always different for the creator though. I often play different mixes to people and they can never hear the difference :-p. Cool track Zoltan

Real 80's feel to this and I think the vocal is completely fine..reminds me of someone from the 80's but can't think of the name lol !

The synths give this song a cool '80s vibe. Vocals are always a dilemma but you've performed them fine on this track. I agree with Ron about mixing; I play two or three mixes of a song to people and they can not tell the difference.
