Audacity question

I have a brutally basic question to ask all the Audacity users out there.  I have 4 tracks recorded on my br600, just raw tracks 1,2,3,4.  After hooking up the 600 to the computer.... what do I do next to get these tracks into Audacity?  I apologize for simpleness of the question but sometimes it easier and faster to ask a question in these forums than to read through all the manuals.
I've read many times of members in here using Audacity and figured I might give it a try also, so I downloaded the Audacity program this afternoon.

Thanks for taking the time.

You have to export the tracks from the BR as WAV/AIFF files, then import them into Audacity. The easiest way to export your tracks is with the free BR Wave Converter software from Roland. Instructions are in the readme file which is included in the download.

Alternatively, you can export your tracks directly from the BR-600. See pages 167/168 of the BR-600 manual (Windows), or pages 180/181 (Mac).

To import the WAV/AIFF files into Audacity version 1.3.7 (Beta), select Import/Audio from the File menu (or press Shift-Ctrl-I) and select the WAV/AIFF files you wish to import. If you're using the stable version (1.2.6) of Audacity, then select Import Audio from the Project menu (or press Ctrl-I) to import your WAV/AIFF files.
