Hi all!

Here's a song for the Psychedelic fest. I've played the theme for while and yesterday I pushed record button. I used Ravis Sitar pedal on this and so it turned a bit to the Indian vibe.

Thanks Tim for an excellent job with this. Thanks to Ella (Mrs Redler nowadays  :D )

'Castle of Flies'

A tiny man sits in candlelight
with paranoia in his mind
he wants to rule the land beyond
so he sends his bears to kill their kind

watch him stamp his little feet
tantrums for a madman's dream

the crownless king
in his castle of flies
the crownless king
in his castle of flies

he pulls the wings off butterflies
but you aren't allowed to point it out
surrounded by his maids and spies
who shiver every time he shouts

watch him stamp his little feet
tantrums for a madman's dream

the crownless king
in his castle of flies
the crownless king
in his castle of flies

but we've got love he'll never know
he'll die within these walls alone

they stole into his bedchamber
and cut his throat from ear to ear
and when the people heard the news
everybody laughed and cheered

WOW! Excellent production and I like the Indian sounding vibe. Great lyrics and brill vocal from Tim and Ella and stellar melodies that just intertwine with that Psychedelic backer. Mighty fine collab, guys.

way 2 cool and the sitar is great...
but the lyrics are spot on to a certain dicpatator who lives in the land of the bear... excellent work to all of you...

That was great - I always wondered how the Ravi Sitar pedal sounded - it's very authentic! Excellent Indian-style psych backer and arrangement, and of course top-notch vocals from Greeny and Ella. That little coda at the end was very cool.

I loved it!

Absolutely brilliant stuff people.  Very apt lyrically and the music is  stellar, not to mention bang on brief.

Some reason the sitar sound just lends itself to the Psychedelic feel of the songs also the vocals are outstanding well done to all involved
