Guess I am making up for the "almost" a week without being able to play because of my accident...  heh

I just got a new acoustic. An Ovation 1778TX-5 Elite. Pretty nice!

So, my wanting to play with my new toy, I quickly put this together.

1 track rhythm
1 track rhythm with alternate chords
1 track lead
1 track acoustic used some sort of beat basically doing a pedal tone.

Very nice, Saijinn! The two rhythm parts blend nicely. Nice melody. Do you have a little chorus on the left side rhythm (higher position), or is it just my ears playing tricks on me?
There are only three kinds of drummers. Those who can count, and those who can't.

I have to tell you, there are times when I get up in the morning and I'll hear a song in my head as soon as I wake up! It could from 30 years ago or could be from yesterday. I guess they call it that "hook," that little melody form the song you'll find yourself humming? Well this is one of those songs.

Really nice mellow grove and relationship with guitars Saijin. :)

Nice and mellow, and good recording of acoustic sounds. You're on a roll, and nice to see such variation of styles from you.

Cheers,

Lovely stuff. You have a fantastic grasp of guitar melody. This works so well. What an excellent track. And congratulations on your new toy - I think 'she' passed the audition!!!

Inspired I really love this all the elements really come together..I love the slight overdrive feel on one of the acoustic tracks!

The left guitar is playing full chords with a bit of delay, while the right guitar is playing essentially diads for a bit harder sound. Both are using the same patch.

Frank53... This is why I think it sounds like chorus on the left

48... The powerchordish (is that a word???) diads cause the same patch to sound overdriven.

Reall cool acoustic work Sai!  I enjoyed listening to this!

Reminds me a bit of a spanish/american band called Incendio!

Very melodic - hope to hear more of this kind of playing!!
