Hey all it's been awhile. had some free time today to record and practice solo. Here's a very ruff rendition of a doobie cover "Drift Away"

Hope you enjoy

Why don't we do it on the road?

Yes you shouldnt stay away so long.  A lot has happened. I am playing blues guitar now thanks to 48. LOL I also did Stevie M's whos laughing now. Used your chord progression, but just to country to do it your way. LOL But had a friend to spice it up a little.  This song is just great one of my faves. You are doing a great job!! And congrats on the band . Glad you are keeping busy.

Never would have thought of covering this song!?  Now I'm kicking myself for not thinking of it!  Awesome job Mike!

Ha ha... I was thinking exactly the same thing!

Incredible work, Mike. This is such an inspired, kick-ass cover. I love the energy you transmit in the playing and vocal.

And it's great to have you back!
