BAD LANGUAGE AND VULGARITY!

More songs of hope from yours truly?  Nah... just observances of recent events mixed with fiction, truth, lies, made up stuff and a twist of sarcasm and humor...might make a good drink? 
Never planned on recording today.  I was working on learning a cover of an REO Speedwagon song and next thing I knew I found this thing that reminded me of Neil Young and REM so I hit record and kept getting it until here..
Les Paul on 2 rhythm tracks.  Then Shecter bass (these were played at 95bmp with 4/4 click track).  Then Alesis Nitro drums using my double bass user set now.  Then 2 vocal tracks.  Used the AT battery powered condenser mic.   I learned a while back to keep takes of vocals.  Usually I am not happy with them but when I put them together I get some neat surprises... I like surprises..usually..
then I did a lead with the Harley Benton on double coil mid position on the switch...Rock and Roll

Nasty old men with bad prostates, too many boards up their ass.  Trying to play with our nuclear fate.  Drums of war, dances with death.  They don't care just give me oil.  Neil Young pissed off at that guy.  All he wants to do is grow his hair.  Rogaine.  What does he have to do with Neil Young?  Drums of war, bongos of death.  Zombies unleashed in military formations.  Upon the innocent and the guilty, humanity.  The kings don't care they'll be in their bunkers eating While the plebes die... if you've got any LSD might be a good time now, just kidding, but smoke that bong and maybe make some mushroom tea.

Wow ! Just back home from a few beers with old friends .. naturally we've been talking about what's going on in the world. Scary times for sure. This song really falls in with what's happening. It seems the world's being run by individuals with egos who don't care about the consequences of their actions on people who just want to get on living their lives. A great song !

The vocal is low down in the mix though.

This song really nails the confusion and anger there seems to be in the world right now. Big wall of sound assault with the pummelling guitars and drums. I like the Joe Rogaine bit in there too
