There's so much emotion in this song. Great songwriting and arranging. The performances, especially vocals are superb! The harmonica fits the song perfectly and "seals the deal" so to speak

The song frames the vocals as it should be. The emotion comes through. You hit that high note at the beginning of the chorus that is especially compelling (nice reverb touch as well). If you are willing to share the back story, I would be interested. If not, I totally understand and please forgive my intrusion.

Some songs just come from the heart for different reasons I did a cover take me home for a friend and most recently for my mothers death can hardly play it now after that.  This song has shown great emotion on your vocals  and is well done
