After hearing Steve's song based on Rush "Jacob's Ladder" song , I figured I would start my song with a  bass line, this is something I have never done, I always start my songs with some king of guitar work, either fingerpicking , strumming , etc ..
The bass line kinda reminded me a bit of a TOOL song.
For some reason the timing with the vocals and the bass/drums is a bit off, I was not able to get them in sync, so I eventually gave up .. I was also going to add another  verse but because I struggled to get it in sync, I skipped the second verse, maybe later I will go back to it and add the second verse .. Also when I mastered it via headphones the heavy guitar part seems ok, but hearing it on my speakers , the heavy guitar part seems too loud ..
Let me know what you think
Thanks ...

Lyrics:
It's a warm summer night
I'm walking the streets aimlessly
Looking for who I am
In this sea of opportunity
I can't tell you
If I do not know
I can't help you
If I'm in the dark
Say what you want
Shout it out loud

as they say up north...wicked good....
that bass really nails it down.  This reminds me of Black Sabbath stuff.... love the guitar too especially when you go up high on the neck...
vocals sound great too...everything fits.  it's interesting.

Fabulous production skills on this track. That bass is awesome and the guitar is a little on the Tommy Iommi side. In places I can not figure out the timing but it still sounds great especially when that guitar starts to scream. Great stuff.

Too cool! Nice rocker - the heavy guitar part does seem a little loud to me on my headphones and speakers as at times if buries the bass and drums. Nice track overall however - A real powerhouse! 8)

I caught the timing stuff about 1:30 or so but If interested, I'll gladly have a go at if if you have the stems available separate. I've fixed worse of my own making so worth a try. PM me about it if you want.

Thanks for the feedback
Hardlock, I might take you up on that offer, as you mentioned it's around 1:30 that it gets out of sync/timing ..
I will try to resync it again, but it it doesn't work, I might send you a PM
Thanks again and have a great day ..eh!

I have to agree with some other comments about the guitar and bass being reminiscent of Black Sabbath...good music! I like the synth work. I do hear a slight timing issue with the vocals in spots but I'm sure Hardlock can fix that for you. I like the loud mix of the guitar. It makes a cool dynamic in the song. I enjoyed the listen!

Test, test, one, two, three.....is this mic on?

Really interesting track, the bass line is to die for and the big guitar chords sound absolutely massive. Most of the track sounds perfectly in sync though like others have pointed out, around the 1:30 it's gets a bit out. I'd say maybe turn the bass up more and lower the heavy guitar part a bit, but this track is very, very cool. The vocals work great here and I do catch a Tool vibe :)

nice song as others have said the timing is a bit out , but the bass is brill and a great vocal , very sabbath , cheers ....tony cee

I was expecting something more bombastic and primal, but was greeted with a stylish pop rock song. There's a hint of Black Sabbath to this yes, but overall it's a lot more modern sounding. Like Hook said... Badass!
