Brilliant JP! There's a certain melancholy to a lot of these old rock ballads that make them feel timeless. Great vocals and guitar work. What do you use to get your drum sounds. Those brushed snares sound excellent!

the drums are  produced by BIAB, in fact they are samples in .wav
in general it's not really great it lacks of break...except for the brushes which make really well

I first heard this song when I heard Richard Hawley cover it, so I then searched out the original & loved that too.
Timeless.
You do a nice version too.  8)

oh JP.... you have such a beautiful and soothing voice and with that sad sounding guitar it's such a relaxing song.  I'm not sure why but your voice makes me very happy deep inside.  Bluesberry said it's what happens in the sympathetic nervous system.  It sounds right to me.
