has a deep haunting feel to the song Ray. I love the small details. A bit countryish, a little toward bluegrass, just a little. The violin is nice. it's a great song.

Great lyrics and vocal, Ray! The acoustic slide with the cavernous reverb really solidifies the cool melancholy vibe for the song. Always a great listen from you!

Yes, the tone is set from the get go and it never lets up. The lyrics are strong and paint a vivid picture. The musical elements are finely tuned to the mood. A great song!
