When listening to your song in my studio, I was able to detect some minor stuff (e.g., your vocals are a bit muddied up, and some other minor stuff).  I have taken you original and I have re-mastered it based on you original mp3 (so obviously limits).

Please accept/reject this mix as you desire - I also apologize if I have gone too far - but it is so beautiful!

Changes: cleaned up muddiness throughout, isolated bass and enhanced so does not bleed, sharpened acoustics and widened, took low frequencies off your vocals so they are clear with slight doubling while retaining warmth. Rebalanced overall mix.

Welcome back Ray, and what a beautiful song. Superbly played, a lovely subtle arrangement with some nice embellishments to the acoustic guitar that add so much but never get in the way. The lyrics are very clever, a touching song with some clever wordplay that really complements the music. And superbly recorded and produced. Very well done indeed.

Fabulous tune, I was captivated right from the start. Vocals are brilliant, and the playing sublime. I loved it when the bass and drums entered, that worked so well.
The pace and feel are very much Marc Jordan imo. Loved it.
