Was wanting to play with the new Gretsch Streamliner 2420 and practice in the studio over the weekend but didn't have anything written worth recording. So, I took my troubles down to Madame Ruth. Sometimes that's just where you gotta go...  ;)

These days I merely dabble at being old and wise.
But I swear, I used to absolutely excel at being young and stupid.

Wonderful job! I've been looking at those Grestch Streamliners myself, I think may be developing some GAS for one of those. The p90 one especially intrigues me. Stellar recording and vocals all around, it has an authentic feel to it.

Excellent cover of classic song, one of the first songs I ever learnt.

I didn't know this song, nice work and the Gretch sounds great

In the 60's I was part of a teenager band in Lyon, France, R n R was just emerging..and a music store lent me a Gretch (candy apple red color, bingsby vibrato, gold plated mechanics and fittings...)
I think at that time it was the only one in France ...and all the bands in the area wanted to get me out of my band to play in theirs...not because of my playing but for the guitar!

I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.
