It's an old song..Sixteen Tons is a song first recorded in 1946 by the American country singer-guitarist Merle Travis

Below, it's the text borrowed from Wikipedia and that I put as a subtitle of the video, in French

According to Travis, the chorus line Another day older and deeper in debt was a phrase often used by his father, a miner himself4. I owe my soul to the company store" refers to the truck system, in which workers were not paid in money but in non-transferable vouchers valid only in the company store. This made it impossible for workers to save money. Workers often lived in company-owned houses or dormitories, with rent deducted from their wages. In the United States, this system persisted until union struggles by the United Mine Workers led to a ban on such practices.
I made two versions
- the one of Sc's juke box is an "a capella" version with just bass and drums (excellent exercise for a poor singer like me, and thanks melodyne)

- the one in the video is with guitars, banjo, and tuba (from Biab)
