Not as languid and smooth as the original, but was very rewarding and fun to do.

Tanglewood acoustic, Fender Japanese Tele with lots of trem, Ibanez bass, vocals, and a retro-sounding GarageBand bossanova beat.

Love your take on this - from vocals to tremoloed guitars to bass to the bossa nova rhythm machine beat. It all works together perfectly.

Cracking version, love that rhythm playing, solid as a rock and that is no easy feat (impossible for me), some truly wicked chord changes. I think this Roxy Music fest is going to be tricky for me!). Loved the alternative feel to the original great to hear those guitars jangling. Fantastic stuff.

A superb version... a difficult song to cover but you've done it justice in your own style. Love the bass and I'm always a fan of a bit of jangle and trem. All the vocal parts fit perfectly too. Great !

Nicely done. There was a lot bits going on in the original. You captured the feel. I had considered doing this one, but those vocal were too daunting for me. You make sound easy. Well done.

I like Roxy Music, but I always found Bryan Ferry too... intense maybe?

Avalon was one of those songs that I could feel there was something there, but... something was not right...

Hearing you sing, with your own style and a more relaxed attitude really brings the song more to the spotlight and reveals how great the song really is.

The version to listen from now on.

Regarding singing, playing, production, THE BASS, etc. Nothing to add to my previous comments to your songs.

I wonder if you can rescue "Slave to Love". I doubt it...  ;D
