Simple but very effective. Great chord sequences and the vocal is fantastic, love the combo of high/low octaves and the way you change the combination of them through the song. Excellent lyrics, they really create a great image of calm after some form of inner storm. Loved it.

Hi Nigel & friends, you have to know that the 'fantastic chord sequence'  this time is not mine. It s from an italian political song of the 70s by claudio lolli. I love that song so much that I didnt have to listen again ... Tim, as the poet he is, turned it into something completely ours and in our style, but - and this is very curious, the longing for peace after conflict was in the italian song too.
