Reminded Me Of You
Written by Facemask93 (I think)
Originally performed by Facemask93, AK and Tina
Cover version by T.C. Elliott
I watched the clouds in the sky today
They reminded me of you
A spirit free blowing in the wind
Only ever passing through

I watched the stars in the sky tonight
They reminded me of you
Mesmerizing and shining bright
Just like you used to do

And now you're gone, my days are black
The stars refuse to shine
The children, they won't sing no more
And happiness, I'll never find

I watched your face as the tears ran down
And which reminded me that you
Were never, ever, ever coming back
I knew that this was true

I watched the children in the park today
And they reminded me of you
The thoughts we had of a family
Long gone and overdue

And now you're gone, my days are black
The stars refuse to shine
The children, they won't sing no more
And happiness, I'll never find

Very good song, that I had not heard by the huge Rob

This festival is really interesting

..and as for the other productions it makes you want to listen to the original

BRAVO everything is good the choice of the instruments, the plavement of the voice; the mix
I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

Wow. The original version stirred emotions but this very amps up the drama. You've done a fine arrangement using electric guitars. The vocals are terrific. What a fitting tribute to a SC hero. Drums are a good add.Nice work

The original's great but I love what you did here. There's a bit more depth with the subtle lead work and the drums work really well. Great vocal also, all round a great job.

I don't know the original but Rob was a legend. This version is tremendous. Great performance.

Life is not about the number of Breathes you take, it is the amount of times your breathe is taken away

Wonderful song choice and stellar performance. I know that Facemask is no longer with us though he was a brilliant songwriter and vocalist, and this is a very fitting tribute.
