Ok, you already had me when you said 'Rickenbaker 12-string'     But I would have believed you if you had said this was a previously unknown Traveling Wilbrys' song.  All of the parts consistent with the genre and nicely arranged to fit together.  Love the vocals and oh yes, the 12 string!
