Here's an obscure song by Spirit that I've always liked, called So Little Time To Fly. It's off their 1969 album called "Clear". I play and sing it all in my own style but it doesn't stray too far from the original. Mastered by LANDR

Absolutely outstanding performance on all instruments and vocals.  Great production too.  I love being introduced to obscure songs/bands.  Spirit - is that the band who Led Zep supposedly ripped off parts of Stairway?

Yes but "supposedly" is the crucial word here. Spirit (Randy California) lost the case in court. That would be like claiming Lynyrd Skynyrd  ripped off the three chords of Sweet Home Alabama....just think of all the songs that use those same D, C, G chords and progression. Thanks for the good comments!

Awesome vocals and harmonies. Was not familiar with this tune until now. Great job.

I never quite got the whole zeppelin-spirit lawsuit. It was a stretch. They toured together so maybe they were" inspired" by spirit. Kind of glad zep won

Beautiful job here Farrell. Those layered vocals are heavenly and the track itself is so well played and arranged. Never heard the original but I honestly can't see it being any better than what you did here. Are those drums real btw? They sound so organic with the music I assumed they were.

Classic rock sound, three chords and go rocking and rolling along ! Aha, I didn't know the story behind. I stole 'stairway to heaven' at least 10 times LoL, why shouldn't led zeppelin?

Impressive! I really like the modulation and the solo around 1mn 15..great mix really and the vocals and chorus are also very well done
I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.
