Oh man, I love that voice of yours. Its got a real deep soul swagger to it, on a similar wavelength to Hendrix (who I think is underrated as a vocalist). Great songwriting here as well, I love the subdued verses juxtaposed to the hulking chorus, great job  at filling out the sound there. This ones a real toetapper!

Great work Nelson, this is a really well written song, definitely get a Billy Joel vibe from this. I think your vocal on this is fantastic and it's a really well arranged piece, I love the way it takes off at the end for the last part. Very well recorded and mixed and a great uplifting message in the lyrics. Really nice to hear some of your music again.

This sounds just great! I love blues songs and this sounds like one of those vintage tracks from the 60's. You're vocals are great and do sound similar to Hendrix, I'm getting that.
The music is all.great, love the guitars and the organs in there.

in fact if you go back and listen to old Steve Miller, stuff like "Your Cash Ain't Nothin But Trash"....i think you would have to admit there are some uncanny similiarites...
 towards the end you sound a bit like Tom Petty

Hey Nelson, this song just drips with coolness! I don't remember the first version but this new rendition is perfect....it has it all! Love that chorus section...now it's stuck in my head for a while!
