another long story & far too long without sleep. My favorite part of Richmond, Va( and going there) is my closest friend Justin & his fiance Ivy. both musicians, and Ivy is an amazing bassoonist. We only had about 45 mins and had to learn the tune by ear but managed to get this. The bassoon just makes me so happy. Me on uke/vocals, Ivy-bassoon & Justin on acoustic bass, I think this was the 3 time through before I had to eat and crash. Done weeks ago but just mastering it now.

Never thought I would hear uke and bassoon together anywhere, let alone on Songcrafters! This sounds fantastic, you were clearly having a great time playing together and it really shines through the recording. Lovely stuff, a bit different and really enjoyable.
