Hi all, one of these days I will remember to play in a key I can sing to, oh well it is what it is.  Hope you enjoy.   Willie

Rickenbacker 12 String, PRS SE Custom, Precision Bass, Drums BR900cd, Pads from GarageBand.

Do you remember our first walk in the woods
And do you remember our first kiss
And do you remember it felt like this
And do you remember or did you just forget

Do you remember that movie where you cried and cried all night
Do you remember I held you so tight
And do you remember our first fight
And do you remember or did you just forget

I dried your tears when you were sad
And I shut my ears when you were mad
But nothing ever stopped me
From loving you

Instrumental

I still look at photographs of the day when we were wed
And do you remember our first dance
And do you remember we met by chance
And did you remember or did you just forget

Hmmm, you sounded great singing in that key Willie, not sure what you are unhappy with? The vocals sound relaxed and you definitely have a sound that is undeniably you.
Nice tune here, and love the melodic solo too.

Great melodic playing, moody vocals and all around classy production. The story is also something that many people are able to relate to.

A fine ballad. The key sounded right to me and didn't hear you struggling with it. Great listen!

Those things we take for granted - when we're young and immature - will surely return to haunt us when we're old and insecure

sounds really good to me...and I really love the lyrics...nothing like a good song to touch the inner pain, the inner longing that everyone feels sometimes...and there's the ones that really hurt so bad...
the guitar at times reminds me a bit of a little slower version of Neal Schon and he is my favorite guitar player...
another wonderful song Willie

Its a great song Willie, and you sound OK to me in that key range.
Your voice and music style remind me a bit of ELO / Jeff Lynne.
Love the music and fine lyrics.

A lovely song, Willie; well produced & performed with cool emotive lyrics. Vocals sound great to me, both the lead vox and the harmonies and a nice tasteful guitar solo.

Beautiful melancholy tune, Willie. The key sounds like it suits your voice fine, and I love the jangle your Ricky brings.
