I had a second go and redid an old demo from years ago. Not sure if it improves it or not, but figured it was time to contribute to the site.
Hope you're having an ok summer.. It's been a rough one here.

this is so fun...and wow...it is like a lost REM track... this is so good
love the lyrical thinking... it makes you go..W H A T  T  F?   And I like that...
Then that chorus...right now I am listening on headphones because it's very early and the cohabitators are asleep so later I am going to listen on the mon's...

Kenneth...there is no one like you...very cool

Stephen is spot on, it does sound like an REM track. I love that guitar groove. Good job you resurrected this demo and finished it. Its great.
Love the lyrics too. Really catchy song.
I have 2 profiles on this site, (NOW COMBINED INTO ONE PROFILE PAGE)
One is a musical partnership with Keith Allen, ( we record songs as "The Devil's Toupee").
The 2nd one is for my other musical projects and collaborations. (DarrenG)
Thanks for listening.

REM meets Talking Heads with a huge dash of Ken to make it something quite unique. Love those guitars, you are getting close to cream curdling territory again, and the rhythm playing is superb. The vocals in the chorus are so effective and catchy and thyey create a great lift. Maybe the verse vocals could come up a tad? I really liked the driving bass as well, and the mix and production is spot on.

Glad you rescued this one, it's superb!

Gotta love that guitar riff and what a great production. Lyrics are intriguing and I agree with Nigel - REM meets Talking Heads. Great stuff, Kenneth.

Nice trippy song!  Love the rhythm guitar "stabs", and spoken vocal sections!

Such an eclectic but great track, loving when the chorus swings in. Personally I'd say verse vocals could do with a touch more volume. Loving the guitar work on the verses!
