i want to record my band while rehearsing...
did somebody tested the different effect patches for the internal mic??
or is there somewhere a list what the meaning of the different names
(Ag LoCut or Ag3B Cmp for ex.) means??
i have a pdf listing all the different effect patches... but no exact discription

I don't have a Micro BR, so these are just guesses:

Ag LoCut - Low-Cut EQ meant for micing an Acoustic guitar.
Ag3B Cmp - 3-Band Compressor meant for micing an Acoustic guitar.
FarDista - Far Distance. Perhaps meant for micing from far away, or for emulating the sound of distant micing.
Only Lmt - Only the Limiter effect. All other effects in the algorithm are disabled.
For Nylon - Meant For micing a Nylon string guitar.
On Board 1 - Meant for using with the built-in (On Board) mic.
Enh+BCut - Enhancer effect plus Bass-Cut EQ.

If you look at the individual parameter settings for these effects using my Micro BR Patch Documenter program, you should be able to work out the meanings of at least some of them. You can download Micro BR Patch Documenter here:

thank you... i have already downloaded your patch documenter
it is great... but i didn't realised yet to use it for this problem...

Dont think you are going to want to use the effects to record a band practice, limiting maybe, but no delays etc. Try the limiter, and try it with the effects disabled.

I have just recorded my band with my DIY panasonic mics
and I have notived that they very sensitiv... I have to lower the
input to -15 db!!! it would be better if I can even get a little bit lower
but still the recording sounds very good... I put the "limiter" effect on
next time I try without the limiter cause it won't influence the input of the mic itself

same here.. Does it have any difference if i use limiter (or other effects) when recording and when im using them afterwards?

same thing here i have to put the input at -15 and it's not enough.
I have try to record the band with 2 wireless phone mic they are less sensitive the result seems to be better but i have to experiment more.
