Glad this got bumped so I could comment again...

First off it looks these 2 were writing tracks for Billy Gibbons at the young age of 10.  Acter taking an extended tour of europe Billy was walking streets when he heard these sounds coming from some windows.  He immediately recorded the sounda and took them to his producer and out came Eliminator!

However, no one in the ZZ could qujte sing like this..
