This is great, Mike. Better than great. The doubled vocals feel quite 'Beatles' to my ears, and overall, this is beautifully tender and honest recording - which is perfect for the song.

It's so good that orh has outed himself!!!! Although his 'gimme a kiss ya big baldy bassa' did make me laugh out loud.

I hope this one has inspired you to put the bass down (for a bit!) and show everyone the real range of your musical talents.

This song is so overlooked , i heard it a long time ago and it still as good as ever , i enjoyed your,e recording FH and to me its one of the classic songs of the time , and of all time !! so simple but pushes all the right buttons !! Brilliant and thanks for the reminder ..
