Very cool vocals, a bit reminiscent of Ian Curtis. I really love the key solo you added, really adds a great melancholic vibe.

Awesome backer, awesome vocal/lyrics, and pro job on the mixing/mastering.  I also get Cure vibes.  Great collaboration!

Definitely has an 80's indie rock sound and i love it. Fantastic music and vocals, what a great collaboration. This is going on my playlist. Cheers :)

I agree that Nigels backer became a great backstop for all the wonderful versions of the song... I like Nick's unique style of singing and lyrics and then delivery...very original.  It's nice too that Nigel has always been very gracious about letting folks perform surgery on this tracks...it's really fun to see what can be done with something..
As far as tracks go...Nigel doesn't do many but what he does is always such great recording and production...top shelf stuff.
it's neat that Nick could manipulate it for his style too..

Really love the recording. Bass tone is great???? The song is arranged very well. I didn't hear any splicing either...great production. I too like the instrumental change.

since it is currently raining here with the temp hovering at freezing so there is an icy glaze it feels fitting to put yet another comment in here but only because the bass on this song is so clear and clean and perfect.  All the rest is great too...and so not too long for me!!!
