An instrumental dedicated to an old friend of mine who died earlier this year. I have to admit to a bit of a Carlos Santana influence with this one.

Incredibly atmospheric and emotive playing on this Ray. The key changes are very effective, they really heighten the mood of the piece. The guitar sounds wonderful and you play it really well, some lovely touches, I especially liked the muted sweep arpeggios (hope I got that right....).

It's a beautiful piece of music and a lovely tribute to your friend.

Beautiful Ray, so delicately played and a really beautiful melody and a great tribute to Charlie. Touches of Santana yes, but a bona fida unique and great melody. Fantastic... think I will download this for my SC collection.
