Oh yeah - you knocked this out of the park, Mr. Green. Guitars sound fab, the sound effects sound period-authentic, and a nice contrast of dynamics in the "it's wonderful to be here" part, too.

Loved it!

Pro quality performance and production here!  I didn't do a direct comparison to the original, but it felt like it had all the elements, played perfectly, as if it could be the real thing.  Yet you tastefully added a few of your own stylistic elements.  I like just how you put in the crowd and orchestra ambience, and as was noted the change in dynamics where the intensity backs off in one section then goes back to rip-roaring.  Great!

I never knew a DS1 could sound so good!
The real top shining element of this song is the vocals though.I Just think you did an excellent job, you made it your own.

You're doing a great job of covering these Beatles songs, Tim. Personally, with my crappy vocals I wouldn't be game to try and sing anything McCartney or Lennon originally sang but you handle the fab four vocal work very well indeed. For the Beatle fest I might have a go at doing something instrumental maybe.

A real cracking version! I love all the lead guitar fills and your vocals are so great for this song. Love the bridge section as well with that sliding bass line! I know what you mean about Macca, I'd love to cover a Paul song easily and keep it to its original key but he is always singing so damn high. Damn you Paul! :)

Very cool rendition. Great performance. Really made it your own.
There are only three kinds of drummers. Those who can count, and those who can't.
