Fooling with my Casio CT-X3000, I randomly selected Rhythm "Dance Chart" and chord progression below played with the Casio's "auto-accompaniment" function. Not the kind of music I listen to and I certainly don't dance. My daughter was playing video games and I started riffing lyrics trying to get her to laugh/cringe

Had enough that I thought it was worth recording, if only as a joke. Two tracks: Casio keyboard and vocal, both recorded into Reaper on PC via Onyx Blackjack USB

dang man... this is kind of a disco funk R&B pop amalgamation tune.... it's really made me smile...it's cool...I love your little uh's and yeah....
got a bit of Pablo Cruise vibe too...which I loved those guys...it's neat that you are getting the craze man...the songwriting craze...it's a disease but it's really good...and lets face it...if you write a hundred songs...at least some of them are going to be fantastic...
I am also learning that some of the ones I come up with that I don't like as much others seem to....cool stuff....

Nothing more enjoyable than making your kids cringe! And I think you did well here, this has a cheesy but very enjoyable little groove going on, and it sounds great. A really fun listen

Always great to see a smile on your child face I used to have to do two for my kids at bedtime years ago one was a robin Hood song I made up (should record it) and the other favorite was MY Girl they love to sing along to that song.
