It ain't easy    Living like a gypsy  Tell your honey how I feel
I've been dreaming  Floating down the stream and
Losing touch with all that's real
Whole earth lover  Keeping undercover  Never know where you've been
You've been fading  Always out parading  Keep in touch with Mama Kin
Well you've always got your tail on the wag  Shooting fire from your mouth
Just like a dragon  You act like a perpetual drag  You better check it out
Because someday soon, you'll have to  Climb back on the wagon
It isn't easy living like you wanna  It's so hard to find peace of mind, yes, it is   The way I see it, you've got to say shit  But don't forget to drop me a line.   Said, you're bald as an egg when you're eighteen
And working for your dad is just a drag  You still stuff your mouth with your dreams   You better check it out   Or someday soon you'll have to
Climb back on the wagon
Keep in touch with Mama Kin  Tell her where you've gone and been
Living out your fantasy  Sleeping late and smoking tea
Keep in touch with Mama Kin  Tell her where you've gone and been
Living out your fantasy  Sleeping late and smoking tea
It isn't easy living like you wanna  It's so hard to find peace of mind, yes, it is  The way I see it, you've got to say shit  But don't forget to drop me a line
Said, you're bald as an egg when you're eighteen
Working for your dad is just a drag
You still stuff your mouth with your dreams
You better check it out  Because someday soon you'll have to
Climb back on the wagon
Keeping up Mama Kin  Tell her where you've gone and been
Living out your fantasy  Sleeping late and smoking tea
Keep in touch with Mama Kin
I said I'll tell her where you've gone and been
Living out your fantasy
Sleeping late and smoking tea

first version I posted....

This was really hard to learn...and it taught me how good Aerosmith really was at the start...amazing...

I could not have attempted this 5 years ago...
Schecter bass through ME-25
3 Rhythm tracks with HB on single and double coil using the ME-25
1 les paul lead through Me-25
3 vocal tracks using my Senheiser dynamic through the Zoom as a mic amp over to the BR1600 (also used smooth baritone on the vocal toolbox for the lead vox and chosus on 2 tracks
Alesis Nitro drums...

I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

You've given Aerosmith a bit of a Sex Pistols treatment to me... could be the tone of the guitar? Raw as hell, but great. It's true, you did well to nail that, I wouldn't have a hope. Great fun Stephen.

Life is not about the number of Breathes you take, it is the amount of times your breathe is taken away

I don't know the original but this one rocks like anything, great work Steve. Guitars sound fantastic, really full and raw, some great lead work in there as well. Love the vocals on this one as well, you did a great job with the backing parts as well as the lead vocal. Very cool indeed.

A Aerosmith cool cover Stephen! Guitars sound good and so do your vocals....not an easy one to pull off but you did it with flying colors!
