I hope all the pedal junkies on here are aware of this:

Looks like it could be some nerdy pedal fun, although I guess we will have to pay for it.....

I have this movie. It is a very informative history of pedals.

All of those JHS videos are great! The only downside is the high risk of getting GAS. I've been drooling at the JHS Colourbox for a while... It's pricey, but is it also magic?

I know that pedal is big brother to the JHS Crayon. Don't know all the details, but you might want to check that out as it's half the price.

Watched this movie last night. Can't say I learned a lot of new information, but it was super well done. I am not alone.

Thanks for the heads up on JHS Crayon!  It's interesting, but as i'm more interested in the Colour Box as a mix glue / saturation thing i think Crayon is not for me (it seems to be geared more towards guitar as it looks like it only has the distortion part of the Colour box). I kinda think that if i'd buy Crayon i'd end up getting the Colour Box later :) Not that i always buy everything, but lately i've started to trust me ears more than i used to.

Then again i'm hoping i could achieve 90% of the same inside the box. These days i'm more about simplicity and easiness than cool gadgets and menu diving. I guess i've devolved :)
