I like your vocal here. Sounds like you haven't lost as much as you think. It's good to hear you making music. And I'm sorry to hear that your struggling with a malady that takes away the guitar. But I'd say go for midi/loops/keys etc., and keep making music from the sound of this one. It's well worth it.
