The attached mp3 is just an audio preview. To do this remix you should grab the stems from the provided google drive link.

This is an OPEN REMIX COLLABORATION which means you can do absolutely anything you want to these stems if the result pleases you you can upload the result to this thread, or you can say "well that didn't work" and not do it.

The rough mix is basically terrible.   I feel that this one needs a re-arrange and a re-mix.  In cubase, I would be muting parts of some of these clips, and building up I think.   Add your own vocal, or instrumental parts. Delete a track or snip some of the audio out.

The guitar track is basically a guitar loop with some solo bits on top.   I feel that only parts of it are worth saving.  I urge you to treat the guitar thing as something to sample from and grab a bit of it and throw out some.  Throw out the WHOLE guitar part if you like, and if the melody that the guitar part had strikes you as cool, redo the guitar part, and make a track with NO guitar part.  Or with your own guitar part instead.

Did you notice that the guitar part here is just a very short loop played over and over? I think it's maybe not even the right guitar part, or it could be something that makes sense if it comes in over top of something else.

The bass line is built out of D flat tonic, G flat and A flat as the fourth and fifth degree of the D flat major scale.  Drum  Tempo is around 115 bpm but is variable.

You do you, you mix, you chop and rebuild.   If someone writes a lyric and wants me to add a backing or doubled vocal I'm up for that too.

In the World we Have Not Unmade (Dystopian Mix)

Okay so here's the FIRST remix for this remix collab. This one I think shows that removing a lot of that guitar loop and replacing it with some doomy synth nonsense could be fun.  So I present the dystopian remix, in honor of "The Stand" coming out on Amazon Prime video. :-)

Also on show here is a bit of EQ and a lot of compression and saturation and some distortion.

I like this version..dystopian, which goes well with the times we live in :(

Can I add some stuff...I have some ideas...dytopian?
I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

I come back on your remix collaboration for Inthe world

It's very interesting as a work shop because you give some harmonic information that I didn't have on the first message
I downloaded your 3 separate tracks and I will play two lap steel one in clear sound and one in saturated sound, a bit like David Guilmour

I'm curious if Trevor, who is really good at creating a melodic singing line, could do it on it
with why not because the atmosphere is heavy a post covid world ( but not post apocaliptic, hopefully)

I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.
