That synth electric bass sound really jumps out from the beginning. I assume that is a keys patch available in garageband? It almost popped the earbuds out of my ears (in a good way).  Nice production and especially nice vocal.  You get excellent loudness on this track while avoiding distortion - is that a function of "secret mbr mastering patch", or garageband?  This is one of their hits I think I've heard in the distant past, but haven't heard it to excess like some of their biggest hits, so I enjoyed very much.

It's the 1975 version I know best, and I watch the Burt Sugarman's Midnight Special performance once in a while, Maurice does the falsetto lol.

What a swingin' bluesy version, I like it! And the chorus has some cool elements to it.
