AN INNOCENT'S DREAM
The innocent child closes his eyes to dream
When his eyes closed he's already   left the scene
In his dream he was in a big room
did he see something move
Now he has something to prove
Its under the bed
Theres something that moved
There something waiting under there
Something dark did he see a face
Is it smiling or is it under there in disgrace
Is it vicious
Does it want to eat him
Or Is it like a monster from the very very deep
Is it after you or is it after him
He doesn't know but he's not going in

The rain came
The rain came
The rain came  and poured all around

The rain came
The rain came
The rain came  and poured all around

He's pulling the covers up to your chin chin chin
He close his eyes and hope the good dreams begin
But he doesn't realise that they started long ago
And he's in the middle of the wonderland show
He's in the middle of the wonderland show

The wind did blow and the windows shaked
He  got so scared he became wide awake
The show was over all was gone
But there was no   more sleep the whole night long

If Life is a dream then use your imagination

Kenneth

Thanks Trev, great fun!
(Bagpipes slightly altered by me are free public domain use for anyone who wants to use them. I don't have any bagpipes of my own unfortunately)

Yeee!  :D

This has a psychedelic prog rock vibe that I really like. The lyrics really fit the music, which have a eerie dream like feel. Great music and vocals..and of course, bagpipes :)
I have 2 profiles on this site, (NOW COMBINED INTO ONE PROFILE PAGE)
One is a musical partnership with Keith Allen, ( we record songs as "The Devil's Toupee").
The 2nd one is for my other musical projects and collaborations. (DarrenG)
Thanks for listening.

I think it was Kenneth who recently said there are some great songs coming out on this site just lately and this is one of them. Great vocal work, Trev and those bagpipes work perfectly.

Very cool sound. Psychedelic Scottish Highland Rock? I'll definitely take some of that... :)

We should start an album called 'Ken's Bin', lol. There's some great stuff in Ken's bin.

What a strange trip this one is. 'I am the Lord of the Dance' played by LSD-stricken crofters in the mists of a Scottish island. I like where it takes me. And the darkness on the lyric.

It's bloody brilliant chaps. Another excellent collaboration.

Liked this right from the start! Catchy and weird (on a good way). Great job guys!

A very weird trip but a really enjoyable one. Love the dark lyrics and as usual it's a great performance from Trev. Really intriguing combination of backer and unsettling lyrics, right up my street!
