A wee experiment with soft synths on my Akai Mpk mini in garageband.
It is what it is,
Are you okay
Cos I don't know
I haven't heard
I'd like to know Just how you are
It's all so strange
This lack of words
This dearth of notes The sound of silence
But I believe
That we can talk
There's always hope
There's always something
But I don't know
Just where you're at
This stream of thought These random words
Communicating
My darkest thoughts
The deepest cuts
My bleeding heart
My petted lip
Oh please stop laughing
Please stop laughing
Please stop laughing
I'm just a fool for you
I'm just a fool for you
Forever after
Well who can tell
Nobody knows
What's round the corner
I'm just a fool
I'm just a fool
For you
A Fool For You

Hypnotised by the synth track and with the emotional lyric and vocal, this is what I've  come  to expect from ORH, cool stuff!!

I like me a good synth arpeggio. This one feels kinda 80s to me...

Next time you get your Arpeggiator humming try putting it through this, you may love it, I know I do...

Where there's life, there's hope.

Love the arpeggio in this - like Ted, it brought 'Who's Next' to mind at first. It goes along great with your vocal.

Very nice experiment. Lovely synth sound and the vox work really well over the top - they go together really well on this, I assume they were done into the mics rather than the MBR? A lovely gentle synth line that provides a great foundation for an intimate vocal. I enjoyed this a lot.
