I haven't heard many of the Neil songs, but a super job. I loved your harmonies.  So well blended. Am trying to catch up on the posts.  It is hard sometimes. this song is really great.

Another stripped down song. Lovely job.

Missed this one SdC. I don't know the song, but you did a great job here. Like the harmonies and the stripped down approach. I also like the way you used the stereo image for this one.

Cheers,

Funny you guys saying it's stripped down.... I was inspired by Neil's rendition on the "Sugar Mountain; live at Canterbury House '68" album, where he does it completely solo with guitar. I started out with just (guitar-synth) piano like on the "After the goldrush" album but couldn't get it sounding right. So after doing the vox, I did the guitar.
The stereo image is actually quite narrow; b-vox L/R 15, like 3 virtual me's standing around a single mic! Reverb does the rest.
Also, Bus Stetson mentions tremolo on the guitar... no such thing! I mic'd  the guitar just inches away from the soundhole, what you're hearing is the resonance of the sound wanting to escape the body.
Cheers!
