hmmmm..... not sure i would have ever tried something like this.... so many on here inspire me....  lately I have been listening to SE....what a voice... and I don't sound anything like him but I have found inspiration to reach higher and try for more...
Les Paul... 2 Rhythm guitar tracks merged stereo... 1 deep bass...1 distorted bass cut off below 125 hz.... and Alesis Nitro kit drums...played over and over about 100 times... with a few embellishments thrown in... used the mics off the Zoom R24 for vocals to feed direct to the BR1600...and all this was recorded and mixed on BR...mastered on Landr...

The beast is on the prowl.. he is starting to growl... and looking for places to call home.. Does he have a clue?  He's looking for you and wants a piece of your mind.... the battle lines are drawn, he's looking for his pawns, his bishops, rooks, and knights in tow.... who will bow the knee...the beast is looking to see.  it's up to you and to me....
Armageddon's here...it's right between your ears...which direction will you choose?..... The dragon"s on the run, he's frightened by the sun, the light chases him away. 
so stay away from hate, or his seed will incubate, and rise with death in tow... but you are of the light...stand up for what is right...though the cost may be high.  The rook can't take you down, or any of his clowns, remember the king of light is near..... Just love....Don't hate.....

I spent a lot of the early 1980s listening to early  Christian Heavy Metal lyrics, Messiah Prophet, guys like that,  and your track is GREAT, if I was there and you were tracking this, I would have suggested you do some metal/screamo vocals for this one.  Apparently Messiah Prophet hails from Pennsylvania.    I never googled where they were from before today, I had always assumed they were Swedish.

Like your track, their guitars sound great, the drums are bangin, and their Christian metal lyrics are on point.

Your lyrics express a noble sentiment which wouldn't have been out of place on their record.

Great piece of metal rock, Stephen and a cool message in the lyrics. The guitar work is brilliantly performed and that drumming is fabulous.
