BUMP remember Tommy

Tommy (Fenderbender) was between 2009 and 2017 one of SC's great animators, he deposited some 449 songs, most of them played with that fabulous clear fender sound that was really his guitaristic imprint ..and his fabulous deep voice
This afternoon, I have just seen again this fabulous western with John Wayne, Dean Martin and Ricky Nelson RIO BRAVO and of course I had an emotional thought for Tommy with whom I did this cover of "my pony, me rifle and me".

For new SC members  please go listen to some of his songs on his jukebox and play them back to Tommy's memory.

I know a lot of people played with Tommy and he helped me out when I was first starting and it was my privilege to know him RIP brother gone but not forgotten

Tommy was a good man and musician...his guitar sparkled and his deep voice shook the room.

I think of him nearly every time i'm on this site. He was a talent for sure..but more than that an endlessly supportive guy of others and an inspiration. He always sounded like he was having fun with his music.
