A Little Taste of Being 11 Again!

After getting my bass back, I have been phrasing until my hand cramps up!! What a tough slab that thing is - hat's off to all that do it!

Following a recent b-day (40, ugh!), got a flashback to younger days. It's warped, but accurate: Bullies, inter-neighborhood scuffles, and riding our bikes predending they were Harleys! Not to mention Mom taking care of her little boy. Everybody give thanks for the Chuck Taylors.

Holy shit, launched!  I had no idea!  What a

bassline!  I love it!  I like how the whole song is mostly bass and drums (I can dig that fo' sho'!).  Then that crazy flute comes in out of f-ing nowhere, then it ends with some serious rocking on the geetar, as launched is known to do.  Chuck Taylors all the way!  I wear them to this day!

This has a deep, deep groove going. It reminds me a bit of 'The Revolution will not be Televised' by Gil Scott Heron in the bass groove and flute addition (a fave track of mine...). But why does it fade so fast! WE WANT MORE!!!!! You should take this further!

Bosko, Greeny & Blooby - Glad you like the flute. A shy friend who wished to remain anonymous helped me with that part. She's really good, but way too reserved - would probably be pissed that I immortalized her on the "innanet". She was unhappy with the results - Glad I got two good takes she didn't beg me to erase before the battery went dead!
