Cool stuff Stephen, I am all for layer upon layer of sonic lovelyness if it works. And this really does work, It's cooking! Some great dirty funky tones. This is great heavy, bluesy, funky stuff... hard to go wrong with a nice helping of this.

This was the original... I decided to use it as a demo and re rerecord the whole thing...which I did completely over.... which I like both but I think the new one is much more refined...
this one I recorded on the BR and mixed on the DAW.... it gets complicated with 3 lead guitars, parts of which I had to cut out and parts alter...but I really like the panning and placements overall.... at times though my playing needed a bit of help... fun stuff though

Life is not about the number of Breathes you take, it is the amount of times your breathe is taken away

A belter of a track Steve love the almost Indian sitar Wah and those drums pump the track on beautifully .....gets an Oh Yeah!! from me

Cool funky track, Stephen and the way you've panned the instruments works so well. Nice guitar work too.

Sounds like a brilliant Mike Post theme song from the 80's - A-Team, Magnum etc. Love the sophisticated rock-funk sound of it, and there's some damn fine lead playing amongst all that funky chug. That flanger swirl works really well too.

Totally agree that the final version is a big improvement.

Funky rocker! Some fine lead work and great rhythm guitars. Percussion was spot on and reminisce of TV themes...Miami Vice came to mind with the roto tom sound. Loved the overall groove. Good layering of tracks and mix. Good post!

This must've been really cool to track...

You could probably get this as a "cue" in TV....Some S.W.A.T/Miami Vice vibe going on here
