The Busted Boomers Band - with Hardlock, JP & FJ

This is a collaboration based on Hardlock's (Ken) blues backing track. This is the first song from The Busted Boomers Band (us songcrafters 70 something year olds) and maybe more to come....who knows? Credits : Ken - Backing track (bass, piano, drums, organ, guitar solo). JP - Dobro. Farrell - all vocals, lyric, intro guitar, harmonica, and mix. LANDR master.

Anchors Up

Brilliant! I love the concept of busted boomers (as I am one myself!) and you guys make a great band. Love the groove here, Ken did a great job and JP's dobro is great, a really nice touch. Love the vocals and the lyrics, you did a great job as always Farrell.

This was great fun, I think you guys should do more. You combine together really well.

This is a band with a very talented line-up! So many lovely ingredients to enjoy. That sweet slide (Dobro?) is so tasty. But it's all fantastic - the songwriting, the vocal, the harmonica and the guitar layering all sound so accomplished and confident.

I like the title & lyric too.
