We left Luca and Eli at school, now let's follow them at the disco ... not that much of a song, but I like these two youngsters ...

Eli si prepara

Scarpe alte
cinta blu
lo specchio non
Ti riconosce più
Che splendore
lo vedrai
questa sera
Non ti fermerai
Vuoi ballare al ritmo che cresce
Fino a dove il corpo tuo esiste
Fino a fare male ed insistere
La coscienza più non esiste

Gonna corta
camicia blu
rimmel gloss
Già non sei più tu
Sulla pista
giovane dea
Magnetic fields
il tuo gesto crea

Luca è lì
giovane Achille
alla vista tua
il fiato non resiste
Palla al piede
è forte ma
Questa prova
come la affronterà

Vuoi ballare al ritmo che cresce
E stavolta non ti riesce
Di non trapassare all'istante
Il tallone suo sanguinante

Vuoi ballare al ritmo che cresce
Fino a dove il corpo tuo esiste
Fino a fare male ed insiste
La coscienza più non esiste

Eli's makeup

High heels shoes
Blue belt for sure
The mirror does not
Knows you anymore
What a sparkle
You will see
And this evening
No ones stops Eli
You wanna dance to that growing rhythm
Up to where your body does exists
Up to hurt yourself and insisting
Consciousness no longer existing

Short skirt
Blue shirt for sure
Rimmel gloss
It's not you anymore
On the dancefloor
Young goddess
Magnetic fields
Your gesture creates

...

Luca's there
Young Achilles
At your sight
He finds out that he can't breathe
At soccer playgroud
He's something
But this match
How will he deal with it

You want to dance to that growing rhythm
And this time you just can't help yourself
Not to pierce him instantly
His heel's bleeding

You wanna dance to the that growing rhythm
Up to where your body does exists
Up to hurt yourself and insisting
Consciousness no longer existing

Lovely melodies and chords. There's a Lennon & McCartney vibe in places, and it's all great. You make it all sound so spontaneous and effortless. Lovely :-)

This is turning into quite an epic Max, and a very enjoyable one! Great storytelling, I'm amazed you can do this over a quite complex backer (in terms of its structure). And you've left us hanging - it's sounds like Luca has injured himself and can't win Eli on the dance floor....

This reminds me of an incident from my youth. I was at a disco in about 1973 with my girlfriend, trying to "impress" on the dance floor. I was wearing platform boots (as was the fashion at the time). A nail started to work through into my heel from the sole of one of the boots and I couldn't dance any more! I had to take one boot off so that I looked a complete idiot with only one platform boot on. The relationship didn't last long after that..... ;D

Life is not about the number of Breathes you take, it is the amount of times your breathe is taken away

This is great Max! The melody, the chords, your vocal and the story, all combined, make a fantastic song. I also hear a Beatles flavor to this. Well done!
